One-line Reviews: September 2021

L8r, September. Time for my post of one-line reviews for a few of the books I’ve read/finished this month. It’s short and gets to the point so if you haven’t been a fan of my usual sprawling review style then this is the complete opposite. If you like Leigh Bardugo’s books set in the Grishaverse (i.e. Shadow & Bone, Six of Crows), then you’ll probably like this Anastasia-inspired dark YA fantasy filled with thieves, magic, and a crumbling kingdom as well.

Twilight vibes but with shifters.

Okay normally I post a mere sampling of the books I’ve read for the month, but this time I was so busy I only read three books in all so to help make up for it I’m sharing a few books releasing THIS FALL that I’m looking forward to!! Are any of these on your TBR too?
